Connected data is good.
Data that points to where to act is better.
Zyron's intelligence layer reads what SCADA and CMMS generate and returns operational highlights and recommendations. Less time digging through data, more time deciding.

The AI flags and recommends. Triage stays with the planning team.
The operations center that grows with your platform.
Zyron's AI is not a chatbot sitting next to the system. It acts on SCADA and CMMS, across the three levels of the automatic operations center.
Automatic operations center
Intelligent failure detection, internal messaging and operational reporting. What an analyst does today watching a screen, in real time and in a daily wrap-up.
From detection to scheduling
Everything in L1, plus opening service requests and, after planning triage, suggesting field crew scheduling by workload and SLA.
Predictive analysis
Everything in L2, plus predictive analysis of operations and performance: slow degradation and per-string deviation before it becomes downtime.
Utility bill reading
Operational agent for reading and processing utility bill data, right inside the SCADA module.
Generation forecast
Forecast based on weather data and the asset design parameters.
AI that predicts failure but does not schedule a crew is just one more alert.
Everyone will claim they have AI. Zyron's defense is the AI no supervisory system can have: the one that acts on the CMMS.
The intelligence is not a standalone module: it reads generation in SCADA and execution in the CMMS to produce recommendations. Level 1 runs on SCADA. Levels 2 and 3, which open requests and schedule the field crew, need both modules.
The AI points. The manager decides, with context in hand. Nothing is opened or executed without going through the planning triage flow.
In launch phase, on the Enterprise plan.
The AI layer is in early access for operations on the full plan, with SCADA and CMMS running together. We do not sell as ready what is not ready yet.
