How does the free CMMS trial work?
You run the CMMS for 21 days, no card and no commitment. We set up one of your plants, build the asset tree and apply the criticality matrix together with your team, so the trial starts with real data instead of an empty screen. SCADA and the AI layer are shown in a guided demo, with the team.
Can I start with one module and add the other later?
Yes. You take SCADA or CMMS standalone now and add the other one (or the AI) when it makes sense for the operation. With both together, the generation deviation opens a service request already classified by criticality, and the per-site fee of the lower-priced module comes with a discount, capped in the proposal.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes, and it is progressive: the more sites you contract, the larger the discount tier on the per-site subscription. The progression is sized by portfolio, so ask the sales team which tier applies to your case.
Does the AI work without both modules?
Level 1 of the automatic operations center runs on SCADA. Levels 2 and 3, which open requests and schedule the field crew, need SCADA + CMMS. The full layer is on the Enterprise plan, in early access.
How are SCADA and CMMS billed?
Differently. SCADA is a subscription per registered site, with users already included: up to 5 on Standard and up to 10 on Business. The CMMS adds two components: the site subscription plus a fee per technical user (manager, planner, scheduler and field technician), starting from each plan's minimum. Requesters, who only open tickets, are unlimited and free: whoever asks for service never pays.
Why are the prices not on this page?
Licensing is per registered site, the tier changes with plant size, and the CMMS also adds technical users, so the right price depends on your portfolio and the size of your team. In a 30-minute conversation we size it by the number of sites, the size of each one, the modules and the users you need.
How does the payment work?
Payment can be monthly or annual. On the annual option the prices are lower and rounded, with up to 19% savings, roughly the equivalent of two months per year, upfront or in 12 installments.
